Do I need to be home during the detail?
You do not need to be home, as long as the vehicle is accessible and we can reach an outdoor water spigot and a power outlet.
What do you need from me on site?
We need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet. We bring everything else — water tank, equipment, chemicals and towels.
How long does a detail take?
An interior or exterior detail typically takes two to three hours. A Complete Detail takes four to six hours depending on vehicle size and condition.
What happens if it rains?
If weather makes the job unsafe or impractical, we reschedule at no charge and your deposit carries over.
