Opt-in is collected via web form with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support.
2. 2. Cancellation Instructions — Customers may cancel anytime by texting STOP to the number that messaged them; we confirm the unsubscribe by SMS and stop sending. To rejoin, sign up again as before.
